Duluth Trading Company

I used to be a big fan of Duluth. Nowadays their pants last less than 2 years. I made a return today of a shirt that was the wrong size, brought some of pants in to see if they had any interest in a return. Being that they were over a year old they would not take them. The problem is, the lady essentially refused to look at them and told me it was wear and tear. Most likely true, but at least look at them. Also, in a sarcastic tone she asked me how long do I expect pants to last? Anywho, for $80 a pop, I’ll be moving to a new company for my leg covering.

I have made two trips to Duluth in louisville and will be making many more. Like others have said parking is not the greatest especially with all the construction going on currently. The store itself is nice. Although just a bit chaotic for a first/second visit. I have lurked over their pants online for a long time, but I like to try things on to see how they fit. The pants section is laid out just a bit weird since they have so many versions of pants they carry it's confusing to figure out which one are where. They are all sort of jumbled together although they are on a nice shelving system and mostly in a good order to find the size you are looking for. There are 3 men's fitting rooms and when it's busy can be a real pain waiting to get into a room to try things on. The staff has been extremely helpful both trips and not in the I want to pester every thought you try and make kind of way. They assist you and move along so you can enjoy browsing. As to the clothing it is expensive, the sizes on pants run true on some and way too big on others, but I feel as if the pants are a good value. Once you find a style and size that fits they are very comfortable. I have fleece lined pants for the cold weather and now I don't wear any under Armour on my legs. Very glad they opened a store in Louisville.
